These include fabrics produced at our manufacturing facilities and fabrics sourced from additional suppliers. As of the end of fiscal 2014, we have fourteen active manufacturing plants and distribution facilities, located in North and South Carolina; Quebec, Canada; Shanghai, China; and Poznan, Poland. Sourced fabrics from other manufacturers, located primarily in China and Turkey, are almost all produced specifically for Culp and created by Culp designers. We operate distribution centers in North Carolina; Shanghai, China; and Poznan, Poland to facilitate distribution of our products.
